Our service options include:

• Temporary Placements - For absences or shortages, planned or unplanned, we have a pool of certified teachers who can help fill the gaps. We can provide you with substitute teachers on a temporary basis that can be as short as one day or as long as six months or more.
• Temp-to-Hire - If you want to make sure an educator is a good fit before hiring, our flexible temp-to-hire option helps you both make the best decision. Our policies give both parties the opportunity to see if the work relationship is a good one before making a long-term commitment.
• Direct Placement - Let us handle recruitment, interviewing and screening for permanent positions. We will act on your behalf and find candidates who will meet your hiring criteria. We guarantee our placement for 30 days, providing conditions of employment have not changed.

We perform initial interviews and screenings, as well as concentrated and empowering professional development so that any individual placed, whether short- or long-term, will have the skills and aptitude to meet your unique needs.
